How to join

Three steps

We review every broker application against public FMCSA records. It protects the members, and it is what makes membership mean something.

  1. Tell us about your business. Send the contact form with your company name, and your MC number if you have one.
  2. We verify. We confirm your authority and financial security in FMCSA's public records.
  3. Welcome aboard. You will receive membership details, dues and the next meeting date.

Frequently asked questions

Does my brokerage have to be based in Oklahoma?

No. Broker membership is open to brokerages headquartered in Oklahoma and to those with offices, agents or significant freight in the state.

I don't have broker authority yet. Can I join?

Yes. The Emerging Broker category is for people applying for authority or in their first two years of operation. The resources page lists the federal and state registrations you will need.

I run a trucking company. Is this for me?

Carriers are welcome as Associate Members. Better communication between brokers and carriers is a big part of why the association exists.

How much are dues?

Founding dues have not been set yet. They will be decided with input from founding members and shared with everyone on the founding list before anyone is asked to pay.

Does the association provide legal advice?

No. We share general information and point to official sources. For advice about your own situation, consult a transportation attorney.
